I just bought 3 packs of blades for less than $5 :) My husband is VERY happy LOL

My store had about 2 dozen packs or so on the shelf so I wanted to offer to mail any blades to any of the board members that would like to paypal me the money to buy them for them. I know some people don't have a harbor freight or their store is out ...

Just PM if you'd like me to pick you up any :)

I do the same thing, many of the older guild members are on a fixed income and even though some can afford to spend they don't. Just not in them to buy new when they can make do and I know how hard that is to change. I bring in new seam rippers, blades, sharp pins and nice thread. I put a price of .25 to .50 on them so they know they bought it.

I just went there today and picked up 15 packs! Guess that'll last me a while! Last couple times I went in there they were out. At that price ($1.49/2 pack) I would have ordered them on-line and paid for shipping if they were out again. Now I won't feel guilty for changing blades whenever I need to. Thanks for the tip!! They are never advertised in the HF flyers we get in the Sunday papers.

The sales girl assured me they had pleanty more-plus I left at least a dozen on the peg! I plan to share some with the seniors at the senior center here, as well.
