Bracing here in Missouri. Frankly,Im pretty scared. Power goes out here easily when we get ice and we have no heat alternative. We do have lots of quilts and a dog and a few cats so I guess we can huddle up if we have to!!!

Just plugged in my power packs...get them all charged up. They have a light and enough power to run my sewing machine for a few hours.... :-D I have Chocolate...coffee...hot chocolate...homemade soup. I'm ready...just have to convince Tink that all that snow won't kill her.

Been snowing here all day. Kids got out of school early and have a 2 hour delay tomorrow morning. I expect that they will probably close early or not have school once the wind picks up. Live in rural Iowa and the country roads drift shut very easily here.

We are getting snow now. It is supposed to be 5 to 8 inches. It beats the ice we had this morning though.

i had to laugh - i remember frank marzullo when he was on the youngstown stations up here. but i never paid attention to his wardrobe!

Do you watch Fox19 news?????????/ My DD is friends with Frank Marzullo. If he wears a sweater the weather is going to be REALLY bad. If he has a suit on the weather will be fine. Just a tip I thought you might like to know.[/quote]
