She's a beauty! I got a kick out of everyone calling her a "him". I'm a vet & happen to know that this color combo means she is female! What a pretty GIRL!

I lost my Kuro after 22 years and a couple weeks ago I almost came home with another cat. Not quite ready. I need to wait for my human relationship to have lasted longer than the cat one!

Someone on this site sent a photo of a black cat resting on the quilt frame (I think?) with the title of Darn that Cat!
That was my kitty's face to a T. I've since seen many look-alikes and wonder about temperament. Kuro (black in Japanese) was a genius at how to get along with everyone (our other hateful cat especially, also long gone) and even at 22 she smelled sweet and clean. No teeth, deaf and mostly blind, still purred for me on the day she died.
Can you tell I miss her? I won't bore you with how we met and how she came to be mine...
