    What wonderful pictures! I haven't had the genealogy bug bite yet, since my grandmother was such a buff and had traced 6 lines to Adam before she died.... I love the blocks used to frame the pictures, and that sepia tone for the prints makes this truly a treasure!

    Your quilt is just great. Gives me an idea. LOL I guess quilting and genealogy do go together. I spend part of the morning doing research and then off to work on my quilting. I found a newspaper article that had my mom's mother in it and the ladies in her 'club' were quilting a quilt for her. That was a great thing to read from 1930's.

    I also an a genealogist. Have most of my family traced back to when they came to America. I think it is so neat when a family tree can be put on a quilt. Beautiful job you did.
