    I am with these posters - SID and maybe do stippling to hold down the parts you don't want to emphasize (background) to make the knots POP.

    I would agree...I don't think you should do any all over or circle quilting....simple is best to make your work stand out. SID. Or I would a tight micro-stipple or pebbles in the yellow (with a loftier batting) to make the blue pop out...as that is the favorite color.
