I live very close to Carolina Beach, NC and it is a beautiful place. I love the beach in the winter, too. Very calming and peaceful.

Anywhere near the ocean, preferably the Washington coast or Astoria, OR. If I were leaving the country, I would LOVE to visit the Vatican and see St. Peter's Basilica.

Paris in the spring! And then off to Rome. I want to see the works of art I studied in school.

I would just go to VT to visit with and hug our oldest son, wife, and our beautiful granddaughters. Hubby has been out of work since Nov. for health reasons, so money is very tight and I really miss them. Their lives are so busy with work and the girls' activities that they haven't had a chance to come to see us this winter.

Tuscany and Sicily. But I'd settle for Shipshewana Indiana for a week, with a stopover in Paducah KY for a few days.....

Ireland...was born there and we are going again this summer. This time we are renting a car and driving every inch of the island. Can't wait!
