I have been 'hooked' since 1985 and just wish I had more time to devote to this wonderful craft. I love log cabin and all its variations and D9P. Happy quilting.

I made my first quilt when I was expecting my daughter who is now 25, made one for my son who is 20, then didn't do much untill about 8 years ago when daughter was expecting first grandbaby, and been at it ever since. :D :D

My favorite block is Log Cabin or just about any kind of star pattern. I love traditional blocks and quilts.

I guess I've been quilting for more than 30 years as I made baby quilts for my DN and she recently had her 31st birthday. When my children were small, I didn't get much done and they were always simple quilts made from scraps. Now I have much more time for quilting but my favourites are still simple patterns made with scraps or multi fabric quilts. There are just so many to try! I don't know if I'll ever go out and buy all the matching fabric for a certain quilt quilt pattern. That doesn't seem to be what grabs my attention.

I've been a quilter since June 2010 and I'd have to say of the one's I've done, the log cabin is my favorite, but I love the star patterns & hope to make one someday.

30 ish years. Raising 4 children in there as well so some years more prolific than others. Baby is 21 so little more time now, but do work full time. Love so many blocks and pattern, mostly traditional, always enjoy the simple 9 patch.

I've only been at this obsession for about a year and a half. My favorite is the Log Cabin. I saw a little animated how to and tried it. It was my first "real" quilt block and will always be the one that got me started.

Anything scrappy. I haven't been quilting long (taught myself when I turned 70) but have sewn most of my life and those scrappy quilts are always so happy and fun to look at (and sleep under). Not to mention that you can't go wrong with them as gifts and they always "go with" anyones decor. ;o)

I have been quilting about 25 years and I like the traditional blocks. My least favorite part is the sandwiching.
