I have one and love it. I really like it for making the fleece throws, with the string ends. I think You will love it.

Well worth the money. Makes cutting strips a breeze. I have two different sized ones and love them both.

I want to Thank You for this topic. I didn't know what a June Taylor shape cutter was so I checked it out on the internet. I realized I have one of these still in the package. I had bought it when my Walmart was downsizing. I didn't know what to do with it and just stashed it. I'll use it now for sure. It is a 12 x 12. I bought it for $9.

They do have one for 1/8" cuts. It's called June Tailor Exact Eights. It cuts 2 7/8, 3 7/8, 3 3/8, 4 3/8, 5 3/8. I found mine at Hancocks and it was on sale.

I have a slotted ruler from Martelli -- it not only has slots (varioius sizes), but it's non-slip. I love it!

I have a hard time cutting even strips and squares even when I use a ruler. My eyes tend to skip between those tiny lines, and often my strips and squares are somewhere between 1/16 and 1/4th off every single time. I get it all laid out, and they just don't perfectly line up. I get so frustrated. I use a rotary cutter, a cutting mat and a nice Fons and Porter ruler. So I was looking online for some solutions, and I'm interested in this June Tailor Shape Cut Slotted Ruler. Does anyone else use these? Do they help the straight-lined challenged folks like myself, or are they a waste of money?

I have tried several and they have been too loose (bendy) and my cuts and have not been straight. I bought a Martelli strip ruler and it's fabulous. It's strong enough that your cuts are perfectly straight and has a special backing that will not let it slide around. It's wonderful and I won't ever have anything else.

Thanks!
Kat
