gonna try it, I know different computers work differently ..

let's see ... nope it doesn't work on my computer either, darn!

After reading more posts I saw that someone said it only works using the numbers on the numbers keypad ...

now it works ... º ¢

Thanks so much, now I'll go back and look at that page with lots of symbols ..

on my computer I type in Alt and 248 and my little degree mark comes up °. I will try your way too. Here goes º Yup it works but I use my calculator keys as I was taught.
Now to ¢ Yep that works too. Thank you very much as I am up dating my junior high school note book with all those little sheets of paper so my kids can have a copy. Gosh what we don't do for our kids. Anyone want a few thousand recipes from 57 years of collecting most of them.
