I would love it. I live in Lumberton and cannot afford to go very far away for retreats, etc. Would be great. I have a Featherweight and a Bernina 630.

Information about Quilting Retreat. I have just spoke to one of the retreat centers and they have had a cancellation the weekend of March 11-13, 2011. We could do it that weekend if anyone could. They have openings for up to 16 people and the cost with all meals would be around $200 per person. That is lodging and all meals. We could arrive as early as 11 am Friday and stay until 3 pm Sunday. They are located 6 miles from Canton Texas. He also says there are alot of quilt shops in the area. Please let me know. I would need to get payments to hold the dates.

I live in El Paso, Texas, a ways from Tyler, I'm afraid. It sounds interesting, but do you have any idea of a price range? I'm a retiree living on a fixed income, so would have to start REALLY watching my pennies!!! Please let me know....

I live in Marshall,Tx and if you are talking about the retreat house called Briarwood--I think--between Canton and Athens--It is a beautiful place. Have been to 2 retreats there and it is fantastic. I am really busy in March--may be able to go late April or early May.
