Patterns I pick up either off line or at fabric stores. Or pictures and clippings of projects that look interesting and would like to try to do myself.

Besides quilt books and patterns, I collect lodge look anything (deer, moose, elk, cabin, ect.)
I used to collect porcelain dolls but I no longer collect them, I am now selling my collection of dolls.
Another collection that keeps growing is my supply of Victoria's Secret Lotions and Bath and Body lotions. LOL

Patterns, books (all kinds), software (into digital scrapbooking) labels (I must have labels, half the fun of any project is getting to make a label for it, from quilts to canned good..if I make it I label it!! I label drawers so I know what sewing needles, crochet hooks, oh yes crocheting too, gadgets, etc. are in there.! My first obsession I mean collection was books, I started at 12 years of age, and I am now older than dirt! I'm sure I need a 12 step program of some sort! LOL

I like to find unusual patterns for quilting but my biggest passion is collecting ANGELS. I have over 300 of various sizes and age.
