This is so fantastic. Yeah I am sure she loved it. It has your special touch. I loved the steer. Aslo love the Luckenback piece. I could almost hear old Willie singing in the background there. Way to go girl!!

Yet another fantastically quilted piece! Since I am fromm Texas, I can certainly relate to the whole quilt. It's great! (Go Huskies) Oh, oh, those darn fingers again. Stop it, Fingers, stop it!!!!

I only hope that being from Texas you are really trying to use your forefinger and pinky for "Hook em Horns" lol.

This quilt is beautiful - both the piecing and the quilting. Charisma, you did a fantastic job with the quilting. You do great work. I made this same Texas pattern as a wallhanging. I also used a lot of Texas-themed fabrics. I am still very new to quilting, but I did quilt it myself with stippling. I am satisfied with mine, but your's is absolutely perfect. I have made another Texas wallhanging for a cousin who got married. Now our neighbor who is building a new home has asked me to make one for him for his new house. I really like doing the piecing. It is tedious, but fun. -Cynthia
