Love your quilt! Did you design it yourself?
Thank you, I did! Actually it is a sampler, 63 different blocks in a variety of black and white with little splashes of color throughout. It took me the better part of 6 months, because when I quilted it (on my BabyLock Quilter's Choice Professional) I chose not to do an over all design, I quilted each block according to its design----let me tell you I will not be in a hurry to do THAT again!
You may not want to do it again, but the one you has will be cherrished forever!

Me, too. What really won me over was when I heard that when he sees a project that a home should have & the family really deserves it & the show's budget has runs out, he may take the cash out of his own pocket to do it. That impressed me a ton.

You can have him when he finishes my house. LOL
LOL...there is a line forming already for Mike Holmes.

I"M THINKING...
someone should send this link
to HGTV...
so they can see how much it has affected their viewing audience; by all the changes they have made.
I would but I don't know how to.

Try Martha Stewart on Hallmark Channel. Crafts, food prep by chefs, decorating.

Go to HGTV.com you have to sign up but that only takes a minute, click on contact us and send the link. I sent some of the messages I think if they knew how many comments were made, it would make a difference. One letter, email whatever equals 600 lopinions. Kind of makes you feel powerful HUH? Same goes if you write or call your congress reps.

I am hooked on it too, because not much else on TV interests me...however, they seem to be changing their programing and I'm not to keen on shows like Selling NY....how many people have that kind of money? (besides, rather be buying fabric). I'd be very happy if they brought their crafting and quilting shows back.

Dreamer2009, I did send a comment to HGTV. I also email all of my senators and representatives. I feel that it is the only way to have your voice heard.
