If you weren't so dang far away I'd come and join ya! As that isn't possible, I may go out and get those ingredients for the Homemade Baileys Irish Cream, I've had a few days like yours lately and boy howdy I coulda sure done that Bailey's justice!! --but wah! I don't drink! Wah wah! But I have a husband... Mayhaps that Bailey's could help! LOVE LOVE your story!

ENjoyed your humor and the recipe is already written down. Sorry you had the frustration-glad you solved the problem. I think we all have those days. Thanks for starting my day with a good story.

LOVED this saga! Write it up and send it to a quilting magazine. How about to Mark Lipinski's 365 Christmas or one of his others. I think this story is right down his alley!

BTW I would have done one thing differently. I would have reached for the bottle of Wild Turkey since I am a bourbon girl. LOL

Never had homemade Bailey's but recently made a new friend and she makes it. She's gonna make us some.

I really enjoyed your story! If you ever decide to write a book, I wanna read it. Do you have a blog?
