I'm really sorry about your mom-I was in your shoes about a year and half ago. I did so much sewing while I took care of my mom. It's not easy, but remember she will always be with you.

I really like the description ("peaceful transition"). I do believe our lives are journeys and there is more to come. It's terribly hard when you lose a parent -- only because of the everyday personal communication just isn't there. Or, is it? I think this "transition" is like going through a gate. Just wait, that gate opens for all of us. Can you imagine how much you can share then?
