If you have been exercising, take heart. You have probably gained muscle. Muscle weighs a little more than fat, but burns tons more calories. Stay true to your plan and you will probably do much better next month.
Hint: Take your measurements and keep track of the inches you lose. It helps when the scales get stuck in one position. :) :)

Starting tomorrow I will go on a fabric fasting. I will only buy fabric every time i lose 10 pounds. For those of you who don't know me I have a fabric addiction so I may go insane. LOL!!! Tomorrow will be my last day on the prednisone so hopefully my appetite will calm back down. I went and weighed last night and I took off 1 of the 8 I had put on. So I am starting at 237.
