Before I go back to work I will leave you a principle I strive to follow from a leader that I admire very much ...The first to guess who he (hint) is and shares with us their thoughts on this principle, I will mail a couple of surprise fat quarters to... is that OK to do? A game in a game? My intent is to help motivate :-)

To me when I am not fit I don't feel good and when I don't feel my best I can't be my best to others nor can I produce my best quilts .. for some reason the passion I have for quilting is linked to how I physically feel. If I don't feel good quilting is not as fun.
