How did everyone do yesterday? I didn't even get my 15 minute walk in (sad) ... today I am at work, exhausted but am determined to take a 15 minute break walk this afternoon (which means I won't be able to sign on this board) :-(

Doing that was a huge inspiration for me to keep this up and do even better. Some clothes were still too snug, but I WILL get back into them as well. Just need a little more time and more pounds worked off of me.
I hope everyone has a good day and makes healthy eating choices. Sandy

The students in their school often go to school all day, have a long bus ride home then teach the other children in the family. An extended family will pool their resources to send who they feel will be the most successful child in school and that child knows they must pass on what they learn. It will be an amazing and exhausting 2 weeks. Stay strong! I'll be eating my share of ant eggs, frogs roasted on a stick and other things I don't ask to have identified along with more common and amazing Thai food that is WAY hotter than it is here. Sahwatdee-ka everyone.

I am an August baby. But 1 of my daughters and 3 of my granddaughters have March birthdays.
I'm so excited!!! I'm packing, heading to FL this afternoon. Will be with my kids/grands for the next few weeks. I can hardly wait to see them! I bought Kayla, my 11 yr old DGD, a sewing machine for Christmas, as she wants to learn to quilt. She has been sewing her squares together. We will work on her quilt while I am there. I have GOT to have a picture taken of us quilting together. Oh, my scales are packed to go with me. Have a good day~ Sandy
