How did everyone do yesterday? I didn't even get my 15 minute walk in (sad) ... today I am at work, exhausted but am determined to take a 15 minute break walk this afternoon (which means I won't be able to sign on this board) :-(

Just need a little more time and more pounds worked off of me.

I hope everyone has a good day and makes healthy eating choices. Sandy

It will be an amazing and exhausting 2 weeks. Stay strong! I'll be eating my share of ant eggs, frogs roasted on a stick and other things I don't ask to have identified along with more common and amazing Thai food that is WAY hotter than it is here. Sahwatdee-ka everyone.
I will keep you and your team in my prayers.

I am an August baby. But 1 of my daughters and 3 of my granddaughters have March birthdays.

I'm so excited!!! I'm packing, heading to FL this afternoon. Will be with my kids/grands for the next few weeks. I can hardly wait to see them! I bought Kayla, my 11 yr old DGD, a sewing machine for Christmas, as she wants to learn to quilt. She has been sewing her squares together. We will work on her quilt while I am there. I have GOT to have a picture taken of us quilting together. Oh, my scales are packed to go with me. Have a good day~ Sandy
