ZIPLOC Omelet

I wonder if the bags you use for cooking a turkey might be better for you. You'd have to make sure the opening is well sealed. Just a thought given a few people have mentioned plastics and harmful toxins.

Really I am glad for any hints anyone has for hints that helps keep them coming- shall try those bags for turkeys have there here even for small ones. emmy

I tried this recipe and absolutely love it. Makes it so easy. Now I leave a pot of water on the stove, and leave baggies of chopped ham, onions, tomatoes, and grated cheese in the refrigerator, and when my 18 yo son comes through wanting to know what there is to eat, I tell him stuff's in the fridge for ziploc omelets. Have fun!
