I hope it's a big classroom. I'm in it too. Seems like it's folded right on the zigzag stitching, but then it wouldn't fold right, would it?

Rettie, this sounds like a great idea, but several of us are having a hard time understanding the instructions. Can you explain in a little more detail?

This sounds like the method of binding with a different color on each side of the quilt: sew two binding strips right sides together (with a straight seam), turn right sides out & press along the joining seam so it's one strip of binding with a different fabric on each 'side', then apply to quilt edge as you normally would, resulting in each side having its own color of binding. Would work well for a reversible quilt.
