I worked out a deal with my LQS to include bolts for me on her orders. I pay a small fee above whesake with half the money down and rest when I pick up the bolts. Usually these are neutrals for backgrounds or 108 backings.

I had to sign up like three times before i started getting them. First time they are really slow then you start getting them regularly. I also signed my son and daughter for their crafts (my daughter beads, and my son nibles at everything) so i end up using all theirs

And how do we get these coupons for JoAnn's? I'm signed up with them but never get any info.

Yes, Marshall's sells by the bolt, if you have a tax number, you can purchase wholesale.
Anyone can buy the wholesale bolts at Marshalls. You do not have to have a tax ID number. You do have to pay one person for cut yardage and another person for the wholesale bolts.

At JoAnns, you have to sign up, then when you go, even if you don't buy anything, have them scan your "flyer" that you get in the mail to keep on their mailing list. About every 3 weeks, I get a 40% off coupon from them....and occasionally get a 50% one.

I think I need to unsubscribe from this site.....I do not need to know about inexpensive fabric. ha ha.

I work far enough ahead I know what size I will need. I often
buy off of the 44" w bolt to blend or go along with my top.
If I'm not for sure I buy 9 yards.
