I remember all the tremors and shakes when I lived there too. When I woke up this morning and saw the the news, I was so thankful that we were no longer stationed there. I hope you all remain safe and I will keep you in my prayers.

Saw some videos on the news - they are saying is was a 8.9 on the scale. Stay safe and stay at home till it's save to go out.

Japan isn't just having "another" earthquake. They're having continuous tremors, aftershocks and earthquakes.
My BF is over at the coast in Oregon. They moved their camptrailer at 4:00 this morning to high ground (the high school). They hiked 1 mile to a bluff to overlook the jetty area and said the water is waaaaaay out beyond the jetty. I've NEVER seen that before over there......news said more tsunami's may hit....who knows.

She's on the phone now, says the water was out, then within 5 minutes the water was up around the jetty and had covered the whole beach!!! That's quite amazing for those that don't know the beach there. As we talked she said it receded again and now it's filling up the beach again!
