I've also heard of "short tropical vacations" called
"private summers'. At least, that's what my crowd of friends call them.

On the subject of skin tags, I had some frozen off by the Dr. with liquid nitrogen. Quick and painless, but left a bit of a "burn" scar on my skin. Read someplace that you can tie dental floss tightly around the "stemmed" ones and leave it in place until the tag turns black and falls off.

Great having friends to discuss these matters with!

Oh Sue...now that sounds just disgusting! LOL! I sure hope you don't have friends that "reuse" the floss! LOL

You can also paint the skin tags with "hard as nails" polish and they will dry up and fall off. I tried it once but after a day said forget it and snipped them off.

Ladies, Please stop! I've been peeing my pants reading this thread. I could have written every post! Like you all, I thought I was the only one blessed with this problem. What a relief to know I have a kazillion sisters
with the same "condition."

Let me share something with you all. Since I too was/am tired of chasing those little buggers and yanking them out, I thought I would look into waxing. Now I know about a bikini wax, (I'm not that old), but I had no idea what a Brazailian Wax was. Sooooooo, I Googled "What Is A Brazilaian Wax. Oh my gosh! I went straight into a site showing the whole thing. I couldn't close it. I can't believe anyone would be able to tolerate that! Well, when I did get out of it, my computer locked up. Can you say VIRUS? DH and a neighbor worked for a couple of days cleaning up the computer. Imagine my mortification when they both said, "this virus came from a porn site!" It was on my computer, in my sewing room. I had to confess that I had not been looking for porn, but at waxing info. They're still laughing at me. BEWARE!

Sandpat , take care at the library, they probably have those sites blocked and alarm bells will go off behind the scenes, WOULD NOT be funny if they called police thinking it was some sicko actually looking at porn, LOL.

I pluck everything that's not supposed to be anywhere there's something that doesn't belong there! I have noticed that there's less in the eyebrow area to pluck, but what's there has a will of its own & likes to stick up. Mousse works great at taming it.
explain this? I lost all underarm hair and it came on my chin with a vengence

I needed a new lighted mirror. I went to Target and Shopko--Nothing! I had to run into JoAnn Fabrics for a minute and much to my surprise they had one on clearance. I wouldn't have even thought to look there, but I went down the OTT Light aisle and there it was.
