I love allrecipes.com site. I have made many recipes off this site. They let you save recipes in your own recipe box.

I have had that chicken, it is really good and so tender. I used bread crumbs instead of cracker.

Have made this for years, and sprinkle the garlic salt with parsnip in it over it. It is indeed most yummy!
