I think it is so neat that you found these tops and are finishing them. Did you get them all from one estate sale, or more than one? What did you back them with? Muslin? Just curious....

These come from different estate sales. I have stacks of them that I have collected and am just now getting around to giveing them new life.

I backed the dresden plate with muslin and the other two with some cotton backing. I used heavy batting in all of them. All natural batting, GO GREEN!

They are beautiful and you are lucky to have found them. Iv'e never seen a dresden done that way either, it's cool.
