I just made several bags from different patterns that I bought or found online. I did not really like how any of them turned out, so I took the features I liked from each one and designed my own. I changed the inside pockets and added an inside zipper pocket, altered the straps, added some batting and quilting. I had two patterns with outside straps and liked the way it looked so kept that feature. As someone mentioned Pick a pocket, in that pattern I liked the way the outside and lining is in one piece, so I kept that feature, so much easier to have a nice lining. I wanted a zipper pocket inside for items that needed to be secure, like my wallet. I did not find any directions I thought were easy to follow, so I figured out how to do that myself. I added other inside pockets like you see in several patterns. Working on tut for you. May be done by this evening. First I have to bake for school bake sale.

Your bags are lovely. How big are they? I too would like the directions.
