Were they cut accurately? Was it quality fabric? http://www.avalonbloom.com/index.php...page&Itemid=76

Yes I have. It has been some time ago when she was offering her things on e-bay. They were accurately cut at that time. It looks as if she has quite a nice selection.

Yes, I have and really liked the fabric and the design. The cuts were accurate and I would buy from them again
Here is a picture of the quilt I made with their product.

Jennifer - It is gorgeous!!! I really want to order several of hers! I am fascinated with that kaleodoscope concept! I've started 3 One Block Wonders, and I've done 2 Stack N Whack quilts.

I have several kits from them, and they are all cut perfectly. No problems. I highly recommend them.

Stu, I'm a stickler when it comes to perfect cuts for any kind of block. You can't piece correctly if the cuts aren't correct! Several have said these from Avalon Bloom are cut very well. I'm going to try one.

    Default Avalon Bloom

I ordered a kit about month ago from Avalon Bloom. Wonderful material but I wasn't real pleased with the cutting. To make the block 8 1/2" I needed to pay close attention to the center so everything lined up. I had to take these blocks apart twice and 7 out of the 12 never was 8 1/2". I also notice that the savage edge with the needle holes was never cut off. Don't know if this was just a bad batch. I would like to try again in the near future. Has this happen to anyone else?

I haven't ordered from them personally but I have a friend who highly recommends them.

I ordered 2 quilt kits from them. Seemed to have gotten a bad batch as 2 of the 8 pieces for the squares were not cut accurately. There were 12 squares for each kit and only 4 of the squares were accurate for each one. However, they were extremely accommodating and offered to replace or refund my money. I chose the refund. I realize that some kits could be off not everyone is perfect especially when they sell 1000's of these. Just was unlucky with mine.
