Takes a class 66 bobbin. Uses short shank attachments, so you can get them all day long on eBay.

lol - good one!!!!! Congrats on new 'baby'!! I was very happy with my $5 Singer 501 find too. The new bobbins fit her fine.

Reminds me of one my Mother had when I was growing up. Remember thinking she was sewing on a toy machine !!!
