Oh this is too funny. I remember my mom loving stale peeps. What a nice memory. Haha. Haven't thought about that in a long time.

"They" used to laugh at people...well, put your own favorite here.

Now "They" pay premium prices for all of these, and believe they are eating the world's finest foods.

What is next, premium aged Peeps? With the mellow Yellow ones being priced higher than the Plumpish Pinks? Will folks
have their pictures taken when they find an old, VERY old package of PEEPS believed lost forever under quilting fabrics!!

Will TV programs send reporters and cameras to show the moment of waiting for that well known "CRUNCH" as the proud owner bites into the first one? Will Peepsalocolics bid on that unopened package on eBay?

Keep tuned in for further notice of Peeps news!!

Okay, I'm going to go for it and make a peeps quilt....probably just a wall size for Easter time. I need to figure out how to go about this. I'm thinking appliqued would be best.

Cecilia: It is in my mind, too.... I have a cat wall hanging that has nine cat heads all facing, and each is different fabrics. I love it about more than any of my quilts, and I am not even a cat person...

Think I might use that as a "model"...

Oh, gosh, then I need to go to the store and buy boxes and boxes of Peeps, all colors (don't forget lavender), so I can have the inspiration......

OMG!!!! I thought my hubby was the only weirdo. He opens the package and puts it on top of the fridge for about a week and then he declares them ready!

I'm going to the store tomorrow. If you make a quilt, be sure you share it with us!
