Tater tot casserole. Brown ground beef[ w/onions,S & P] Drain, mix W/ Mushroom soup. Put in pan. Layer W/ sliced cheese, then layer neatly W/ frozen tater tots. Bake at 250 till Tots are golden and hot inside. Enjoy!!!!

flounder w/ red potatoes and garlic [lent]. yesterday was stuffed cabbage in crock pot so that is leftover for tomarrow. love when i can get two days ahead. makes good sewing time. :thumbup: :lol:

Tonight will be Chicken with a Champagne Cream Shallot Sauce, served over basmati rice. Brussels sprouts roasted with almonds, and a tossed salad.

I can't beleive someone else fries bologna! Fried bologna with melted cheese and mustard sandwiches. The best. But I am originally a Mainer too.
