    Thanks for sharing this. You have inspired me to haul out this bit of UFO from many years ago, and maybe make it into a doll quilt. I found the pattern in a Georgia Bonesteel book, I think. Can't find it now - maybe from the library. I have a bag of additional pieces cut, maybe enough for a baby quilt, but I apparently wandered off in some other direction. The squares in mine are 3" finished size.

    Thanks you for sharing quiltnan. I love your checkerboard border. It looks so cute. Checkerboards are a lot ofwork but so worth it. Well done!
