Thanks everyone, and I'm fine. Really. The cancer diagnosis threw me for a loop for a while, but I'm ok. Thyroid cancer is really easy to treat, and I had my surgery in December. I'll take radioactive iodine this summer, then I am done and cancer free. I am so very greatful for quilting (among so many other things). I know we all feel quilting keeps us sane sometimes. It really did help me keep it together over the holidays. Not just this quilt, but all the dang little coaster sets I ended up making!
