I love Billie, I took a class with her in Nashville at one of AQS shows. She is very funny in person. I have several of her books and have made some quilts.

I had never heard of Billie but I went to your blog and watched the video and I was fascinated. I went to her website http://www.easymade.com and I could stay busy for a lifetime with all of her projects. Thanks for posting your blog.

Thank you for the link. I didn't previously know of Billie Lauder. I enjoyed the video re: 4 patch. Believe I learned something new today thanks to you & Billie.
    Thank you!

Hi Catlady, welcome!! :D I remember watching Billie Lauder do her easy method for 9-patch blocks a few years ago, but sadly I don't have the directions for it. Wish I did! I remember it was very clever, easy and quick.

I went on a cruise with Billy Lauder as the instructor. She does have a lot of information to share in her books. Most of Billy's books use the half size format. They may not be in with all the other books at your LQS. Make sure you ask. By the way, the cruise was from Vancouver to Alaska and I was the only Canadian in the group and it was fun.

My feelings exactly! She sure seems to enjoy life and quilting and her cats.
