Great work with your quilts. Sending prayers for your husband to find a job. Its tough, my husband has been off for over a year now and he's still looking.

Beautiful quilts. Your heart is in the right place...one who gives will be rewarded ten fold. Keep faith and good things will happen!

Your quilts are wonderful and I wish you and your husband best wishes. My husband and I went through a similar experience last spring. After the initial shock of it all, we just went with it and enjoyed our simple time together. We found that we could get by on so much less than we thought we needed. And when we thought we were at the end of our road, a job offer came and we almost dreaded my husband going to back to work. We tried early retirement but he wasn't quite old enough. But now that we've had a trial run at it, we can't wait for the real deal.

Way to go! It's hard to get motivated sometimes. Best of luck to you and DH.

Your quilts are all so nice. I just love the ABC quilt. Sorry to hear things have not been so great but hopefully with the onset of Spring, new opportunites will grow, Prayers for you both.

Amen! My hubby lost his about 3 years ago. We lost insurance and then I found out I had cancer but Praise God, He saw us throught it. So I agree keep the faith.
Agreed, bad things happen and then it is Spring! Things always seem better when the sun is shining and the birds are singing. Keep the faith and the quilt is a beauty!
