Hi and welcome! I have not seen that pattern, but it sounds pretty.

Thanks for the link to the vntage quilt. I have that pattern, it works up quite pretty. The one I'm looking for is the log cabin but the way you position it makes the butterfly. It takes 4 blocks to make the butterfly but the wings are curved. If and when we (I) find it, I will post a picture. The 4 blocks were on display at a place I was at and the clerk said the book was sold out and they never got another. I appreciate all your help.

mkanderson, the picture for your id brings back so many memories, grandmas garden is the first quilt I ever made, I hand stitched every block and my mother and I quilted it, the year was 1963 and I was a senior in high school. Thank you. Thanks to everyone that has welcomed me also.
