I had my leg cast on for 6 weeks and once they sawed it off and I started walking it felt like my leg was floating. My leg swelled also and sometimes it about drove me nuts. I had 4 kids at the time so I didn't have the time to keep it raised.

WOW! What a bummer. Glad you're back. Make up for lost time. Did you figure out how to spend time on the computer, or did you have to suffer from both quilt and computer withdrawal?

Welcome back, don't over do it. It still may swell when you have it down for long periods of time. Good luck.
