Wow - cool - Where in Corpus? I'm off Oso Bay...right before Flour Bluff!

Please don't feel alone. I laughed while reading because I was remembering my 3 a.m. catastrophes!

Thanks for the laugh. (Is it too rude to laugh at someone else's expense?) At 3am, my son, who sleeps in the bedroom directly above where I sew, says my machine sounds like the wind whispering in the pines. Lulls him back to sleep after he realizes I am up and about...

We're off Cimarron. Been back home for about 2 years. Born and raised here and spent 29 years in Victoria. Sooo glad to be back.

Been there tried that...worked as well as your experience.

So now I just peruse the internet looking for quilt patterns to add to my Wannado List.

Not everyone can sleep at that time of the night/morning. As my mom would say, some of us go to bed with the chickens and rise when the rooster crows. Well, I could be the one doing the crowing, cuz I'm awake VERY early -- before the roosters.
