I would love to, but it would have to be a weekend or after school ends in May. I live in McDonough, so Macon would be fine.

Would love to participate but work out of town a lot. Hope I am home when you decide on a date. Also would love to get together with others in Atlanta occasionally.

Count me in if we can arrange it. I live in Macon so if we are central for everyone else let me know & I'll help arrange something. Would love to meet with fellow quilt buddies!

I have a question about Georgia. When we travel there, we come down through Greenville to the Georgia border. Why is the huge Georgia Peach in South Carolina and not across the border in Georgia? I just have to know, LOL.

South Carolina grows a lot of peaches too. Byron, GA has a huge peach statue at an Outlet mall on I-75 but it doesn't hold a candle to South Carolina's. Sadly, too many of the peach trees in this area are gone due to development.

lol SC claims to be peach growing capital (and may well be now) but I believe SC residents are palms, not peaches.

As a result of our storm on Monday night the Byron peach is not more. The news said they hoped to replace it.
