Amazing how the colors which looked to me a bit too bright blended and ended up very beautiful.

That is going to be beautiful. Great pattern too. I'm on my second one; had to pick out the fabrics myself (first one was a kit so fabric was already picked out for me) and was pretty scared about it looking okay. Have the first panel up on wall and I think it's going to turn out pretty good. Colors are not as bright as yours so it makes me want to do one like yours. Please post when finished. It will be beautiful.

Nice colors. The quilt is gorgeous. I want to try to make a Bargello. I never have. Can't wait to see the finished project.

This is the layout of the strips that I have-does it look ok to you. There are supposed to be 28 strips , but I ended up with 29.

Lovely! I really should try Bargello again, haven't done one since strip quilting came around. I do remember using Ginghers to cut more than two layers at a time. I enjoyed it and found them easy to do.

I look forward to following your progress and like the colors you used!
I have this pattern and was just thinking the other day that I should look up the size of strips and cut some as I'm doing projects.
