Thank you. I like to work with the hexagons! That one I hand pieced and had a lady to Long Arm Quilt it for me. That was the second one I had done at the time and now have done about 4 more. Working on a Field of Diamonds witht he hexagons now. I have one that is a Trip Around the World done in the hexagons and I hand pieced and hand quilted it.

That is cool. I no longer can handpiece and my stitches aren't very neat anymore but I still like to quilt and my family doesn't complain. My fingers are bent and they don't close on the needle very good. I admire quilters, they are in a family of our own.

I live in Dubois, Wyoming I'm working on finishing some quilt tops for by brother in law his mother made them probably 40 years ago, he wanted them them to fit a queen size, I had to add a bigger border. This is a one time only thing wouldn't do it again not as fun as doing my own. Where are you from in Wyoming?

Linda

Thanks Machel from VA. Linsoblu I'm from Kemmerer. It never is fun to work on someone elses quilt. My mom started a fan quilt along time ago then my sister in law was going to finish it and one day I was at my brothers house and the pieces were in a bag by the door, I asked her what she was going to do with it and (can you imagine) she was going to throw it away because she never had time to work on it. I took it home and finished it then, everyone wanted it back. I kept it.

That sounds about right no one wants it until someone else finish it. Know how that goes finished a table no one wanted after it was done well it was a different story. Glad you joint us.
