I have found several sizes of machine quilting needles and it is important to get the correct size. How do you determine which size fits your project?

I live in Canada, but my dealer told me that the binding attachment is $150.00 and every time she demos it, she sells it. I'm hoping to see a demo soon... It sounds wonderful.

This is the sewing cabinet/table I like...trying to figure out if the Jamone will fit.
the janome will sit ok, however it is much more comfortable to have a sewing table to set the machine in. janome on line has the table for the 7700. ihave one and wow what a difference.

qulting needle 14 is for thicker material. I use material tht is it a tighter weave...stuff like whayt they use for curtains. I can get it for 3.99 a yard at a fabric store near buy. Its nice and heavy. quilting needle #11 is good for regular material and going through the batting.

So far the only size table for the 7700 that I know of is the Koala...sooo expensive. I really want one that I can put inside the table that you can not see the sewing machine when not in use

Keep us posted as to what you find please. I would love to have a proper table for mine that hides it away. Mine "lives" on the kitchen table as what was going to be my sewing room is now taken up with a longarm and frame. Believe me, I'm not complaining!!! I will sew on the kitchen table forever to have my longarm!!

Hi Carol. I just re-read your post and realized that you said that you have the binding attachment tool. I thought you said that you "want" it. I found a good photo instruction on Janome.com - here is the link: http://janomelife.wordpress.com/2010...omment-page-1/ They recommend that you follow the steps provided with the tool up to #4 and then follow their posted steps. It looks like the cat's pyjamas!!
