There are 3 I can personally recommend as someone who has high levels of sensitivites to lotions, soaps etc. First is Equate- which is Walmarts version of Lubriderm. The most expensive of the 3.
Dermasil- 8 oz. Dollar Tree store- best bang for the buck and works great.
Utterly Smooth-tube is black and white cow design with red print (originally designed for cows utters) Dollar Tree 2 oz tube- Least oily. Have been treating sore hock on one of our rabbits with this and it does great.
We work with vintage sewing machines and my hands get pretty beaten up. My fist choice is Dermasil for very mild scent, moisture and economics, second would be Utterly Smooth for dry texture, also mild scent. Equate has thinned their product and changed their scent so for savings we choose the other 2 first especially in the winter when we get so dry

I have two favorites:
Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion
and more recently
Bath & Body Works "Look Ma New Hands"

It does have a very light citrus fragrance (I love it!)
I carry this one with me in my purse everywhere!

I like Jergen's Ultra Healing. I don't like a lotion that is greasy or sticky and this one isn't. If you've put it on in the past hour, and wash your hands, it's like it activates the lotion again. Really good for your feet to get them ready for summer sandals too. :-)

Aveena, extra dry skin relief, non allergenic kind. It is costly, but works great, lasts until you wash your skin and is non greasy on your fabrics. I, too, am highly allergic to things and can't use some skin care products. This one works for us.

Neither have a fragrance and they don't rub off. The Equate is much less expensive, but you have to get it at Wal Mart. Aveeno also has very good lotions. I hope you find something you can use. :)
