My favorite conservative talk radio shows, and then satellite radio-- The Coffeehouse station, usually... Also have all my music in ITunes that I can play thru the computer, which is near enough to hear while sewing.

I often use Pandora on my computer, and have it setup for a channel that gives me swing jazz (Tommy Flanagan, Dave Brubeck, Ellington, stuff like that)

On Saturdays it NPR on the radio all day. Some days it's CD's or old movies on Turner. Most days it's just quiet.
