Looking at this fabric reminds me of something that happened to me a while back. I bought a whole bunch of fabric (boxes) from a lady who was downsizing her stash. There was a couple of pieces on top that I told her I would probably never use (one was silk and the other was just plain ugly). She told me to go ahead and take it that I would eventually find a use for it. She told me to take the fabric that I thought was ugly and cut it into very small pieces for a quilt and I would be surprised at how good it looked. So ok I took all of it. I started thinking about the silk. I could make a scarf or use it for a lining in a purse. So I guess she was right. What does everyone else do with those types of fabric? Before, I had always given it away, but not anymore.
