the rack you purchased are old record holders i was just cleaning at my dads house the other day and found about 10 of them sitting in the closet too funny

great idea! I will start looking for something like this. I bought a ring on a hanger and do not like it. I have to take off the little plastic cap to thread the rulers, then take them all off to get to the one I want. Plus they are not protected from damage on the hanger.

I looked for one of these a few years ago to use for my rulers. I gave up looking. People didn't even know what I was talking about. So, I had a friend make one of wood for me. I love being able to reach right for the ruler i want.
