I just did one that was 104 x 110. Was a little tricky at times, but did work out. I did it on a 6600 with a 9" throat, if that helps any.

120x120 - as in 10 feet by 10 feet? Geesh! I've had bedrooms smaller than your quilt!

I'm making a king storm at sea, and right now it is 105x105. If I add an additional pieced border it will be 114x114. I really want to add this border, because I'm thinking after machine quilting if I leave it at 105 the stitching will make it shrink up too much.
I am only stitching in the ditch with my running foot on this one, because Its too large to free motion quilt. Was wondering if anyone has tackled this here?
I have done a 110x110 and stitch in the ditch on my regular dewing machine thats all I have I do not have Long Arm Quilting machine.

I have a Statler Stitcher longarm and have done several quilts that have been 110" x 110". I bought it with the idea that I would be able to accommodate large quilts for king sized beds. It requires juggling the computer/monitor so it is not in the way of the machine head as it passes by, but it is possible. After making one for my own king sized bed, I found that 110" is a bit large, but plenty warm in the winter--no cold air gets in.

The top of my King size bed measures 76W by 84L. I wanted an 18 inch drop on each side so the one I am making is going to be 112X102. I didn't add 18" at the top of the quilt just the bottom. We put the pillows on the outside on top so didn't have to include the fold over for the pillows. This will still require a skirt on the bed as it doesn't drop to the floor. Ann in TN

I have made several 114 x 114" king size quilts on my Pfaff QE4 with no problem. Just take your time and it can be done. Have fun with it.
