I really like this idea I never thought of it but you can bet I will use it and also share it on my sewing group.

What a clever idea! I'm definitely going to use this one - sometimes there are so many distractions and that 1/4" makes a HUGE difference!

As far as I'm concerned any country/group(space aliens?!?) that wants to bring America to a grinding halt just needs to threaten our supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, zip lock bags and painters tape! My husband could keep the resistance going until duct tape gets cut off. He'd be in a bunker crying like a baby.....!

Oh, shucks....I thought I was the only painter's tape girl!
Yes, it is quite nice to keep a roll in my sewing room...I can mark blocks with it, hold my "trash" bag to the end of the table, mark my 1/4" line on the bed of the machine and of course, mark my rulers. Great stuff in blue, purple or green.

Yes!! But of course if they start selling it as "quilter's tape" the price will probably go up.
Sadly.. this is SO true!

I've used masking tape before. Dh got some of the blue tape the other day though so I think I'll keep both colors handy. The blue will show up better on some colors.
