Looks like I might be the newest newby. I have only been quilting for 3 months. I have completed 4 small quilts approximately 54"x60" on the machine.

My wife got me started. She has been quilting for about 40 years now. Originally she hand quilted, but in the last year has converted to machine quilting.

Wish I would have started earlier, I really enjoy quilting and find it a great way the relax.

I began quilting after my daughters married. I made their wedding dresses and decided to guit sewing. But I had inherited three guilt tops made by my great-grandmothers and decided to finish them for the family. That was in 1984, so I have been quilting for 26 years. I only finished one of the oldies! :lol:

I've been quilting for 15 years but have been a needle and thread women of many different kinds of sewing for 50 years and that includes needle point,crewel,embroidary,sewing clothes.
