No dear you have it wrong. These little devices are now refered to as buttonhole openers. Ya, like that makes all the difference in the world. Whether you are a newbe or a long term sewer you know you will be taking out stitches at least once in a project. Which bags the question- how many takes do you think they have to take on sewing shows because something wasn't right and they obviously can't sit there taking out a seam.

pipp, maybe I should co consider PS also. If it isn't my seam ripper it's a needle. My hands and aarms are a real mess! :oops:
