Does anyone know anything about this machine? I have searched the internet and have not found anything. I also have a 1934 Singer, Class 15-91. What type of machine is this?

Also the paint is chipping. How do you fix these areas?

Someone had a picture of this machine earlier (maybe a month ago). There was also some discussion so if you do a search on this site, you may turn up what you need.
